From our farm to your freezer, we are there every step of the way to insure that you have purchased the finest beef available.

Cattle are pasture raised and supplemented with a corn diet the last 150 days before slaughter.

All beef is hung and dry-aged 4 to 6 weeks to allow enzymes time to further break down the meat and increase tenderness. It is then butchered, vacuum packed, and frozen. The slaughter and butchering is done by Smith Valley Meats, a family owned, local, USDA inspected and approved facility.
